What you’ll need to succeed

  • Demonstratable experience, ideally CIPD qualified (or working towards).
  • Experience in a wide range of change management programs, restructures, mergers, employee relations, and relevant legislation.
  • A keen eye on talent management to attract the right candidates and make successful appointments to our roles.
  • Detail focused, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in IT with experience working with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Confident in dealing with people at all levels, with strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships and key stakeholder management skills.

In return we'll offer you:

This role is fixed term until March 2027 and is open for both full and part-time applicants with a minimum of 25 hours a week.

This role is primarily homeworking with some travel to Newcastle-under-Lyme.
