How Will You Make a Difference?

We're looking for an experienced transformation professional to join us for a six-month period and help deliver some of the most important building blocks for our next stage of growth.

Over the past year we've invested significantly in our People foundations. The strategy is clear. The challenge now is turning that work into something that is fully embedded, consistently applied and ready to support a scaling business.

This role will be responsible for implementing and embedding our career frameworks, pay structures and reward governance, shaping our Employee Value Proposition, and providing the insight and planning needed to support future workforce and reward decisions.

Alongside this, you'll deliver key People integration activity and contribute to a number of strategic business priorities.

This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
