Interim Operational Excellence Manager / Process Improvement Manager
South Wales | Immediate Start | 4 Month Interim FTC
Our client is looking for an experienced Process Improvement Manager to join a fast-paced linefeed manufacturing operation on an interim basis.
This is an autonomous role where you'll:
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost performance.
- Analyse manufacturing logistics processes and production workflows.
- Make practical, data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
- Work closely with operational teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, Lean manufacturing, or process optimisation is essential.
