Our client have an immediate requirement for an experienced Interim Procurement Lead responsible for regional sourcing, tendering and contract management activities. The role will focus on delivering procurement value, managing competitive sourcing events, supplier negotiations, contract awards and ongoing supplier relationship management. This is a 6 month contract, £650 per day umbrella.

Key Experience Required

  • Strong Tender Manager / Procurement Lead background
  • Significant experience running end-to-end sourcing and tender events
  • Proven contract management and supplier management expertise
  • Experience with NEC contracts, specifically:
    • NEC Option A
    • NEC Option C
  • Experience with:
    • Framework call-offs
    • Direct contract awards/tenders
  • Sector experience within:
    • Construction
    • Engineering
    • Mechanical equipment / valves
    • Utilities, energy or infrastructure environments preferred
