As an Interim Procurement Manager
You'll oversee procurement processes to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain operations. This temporary role is key to maintaining smooth procurement activities and delivering value across the organisation.

A public sector organisation located in the Midlands.
Description
- Manage procurement activities across the People category, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve value for money.
- Lead supplier negotiations and build strong supplier relationships.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring terms and conditions are adhered to.
- Provide procurement advice and support to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on procurement performance and savings achieved.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
- Ensure adherence to public sector procurement policies and procedures.

Profile
A successful Interim Procurement Manager should have:
- Strong experience in public sector procurement (PCR2015 and PA23)
- Comprehensive knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing procurement activities.

Job Offer
- Daily rate of £500 (Umbrella)
- 3-month contract with likeliness to extend
