Interim Programme Manager - Adults Social Care
We are currently supporting a Local Authority in the South in their search for an Interim Programme Manager.
Key Details
- Rate: c. £500 per day (Inside IR35)
- Working Model: Hybrid
- Contract Duration: 6-month contract
Key Responsibilities
- Lead programme planning, governance, and delivery
- Oversee performance, budgets, and risk management
- Manage stakeholders and drive effective communication
- Lead and develop teams, ensuring resources and performance are effectively managed
- Set clear objectives and support service improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience:
- Proven programme management experience within Adults Social Care
- Strong background in service planning, performance management, and resource allocation
- Experience delivering service redesign, business cases, TOMs, and data-driven transformation
- Public sector/local government programme leadership experience
- Relevant qualifications (MSP, PRINCE2, Lean, 5-Case Model) or equivalent experience
