Interim Programme Manager - Adults Social Care

We are currently supporting a Local Authority in the South in their search for an Interim Programme Manager.

Key Details

  • Rate: c. £500 per day (Inside IR35)
  • Working Model: Hybrid
  • Contract Duration: 6-month contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead programme planning, governance, and delivery
  • Oversee performance, budgets, and risk management
  • Manage stakeholders and drive effective communication
  • Lead and develop teams, ensuring resources and performance are effectively managed
  • Set clear objectives and support service improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience:

  • Proven programme management experience within Adults Social Care
  • Strong background in service planning, performance management, and resource allocation
  • Experience delivering service redesign, business cases, TOMs, and data-driven transformation
  • Public sector/local government programme leadership experience
  • Relevant qualifications (MSP, PRINCE2, Lean, 5-Case Model) or equivalent experience
