Commercial Real Estate Lawyer – 6-Month FTC

The Opportunity
We are working with a highly regarded international law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join its established real estate team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and well-respected team, advising on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters for an impressive client base.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, managing matters with a good degree of autonomy while working closely with partners and senior lawyers across the wider practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property documentation.
- Managing landlord and tenant matters, including agreements for lease, licences, and lease renewals.
- Supporting clients on property aspects of wider corporate and commercial transactions.
- Liaising with clients, counterparties, and other professional advisers to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
- Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice.
About You
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with solid experience in commercial real estate.
- Strong technical expertise across a range of commercial property transactions.
- Experience gained within a reputable City, national, or international law firm.
- Confident managing transactions independently and working to tight deadlines.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally available immediately or at short notice.
