Interim Recruitment Coordinator
This local authority is seeking an Interim Recruitment Coordinator to join its resourcing team on a four-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Resourcing Leader, you will support a range of recruitment activity with a particular focus on executive, leadership, and senior-level hiring.
This hybrid role is based across Central Guildford and Godalming offices, offering the chance to work on complex, and senior recruitment in a fast-paced local authority environment. The salary is £38,501 pro-rata.

Responsibilities
- Support executive and senior-level recruitment from advert through to offer stage
- Manage complex recruitment processes and stakeholder relationships across the council
- Hybrid working across Guildford and Godalming, with immediate or short-notice availability preferred
Preferred Requirements
- Proven experience supporting recruitment activity, particularly at executive and leadership level
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex recruitment processes from end to end
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with senior decision-makers
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently within a structured environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in recruitment, HR, or resourcing within a public sector or large organisation
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment administration tools
- Knowledge of local authority recruitment practices and compliance requirements
