A higher education institution are looking for an Interim Recruitment Coordinator to manage end to end academic recruitment.
The role is based in London and offers hybrid working.

Description
An Interim Recruitment Coordinator to:
- Manage end to end academic recruitment
- Provide recruitment coordination
- Support and advise hiring managers on recruitment campaigns to ensure timelines are met and provide advice on selection processes to attract the best applicant
- Advise on recruitment strategies
- Provide end to end recruitment support from writing adverts, coordinating interviews, through to offer stage
- Support with recruitment coordination and admin duties
- Initiate pre-employment checks and right to work checks in alignment with the UKVI requirements
- Utilise recruitment data to inform decisions
- Liaise with third party suppliers and manage agency relationships where necessary
