Interim Registered Manager / Turnaround Manager - Domiciliary Care

Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire (NG12)

£350 a day
3-6 Month Interim Assignment

Delphi Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a domiciliary care provider seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager / Turnaround Manager to provide immediate operational leadership during a period of management transition.

This is a hands-on assignment for a strong care leader who can quickly stabilise operations, strengthen governance, and support the service through regulatory improvement activity.

The Opportunity

You will take day-to-day responsibility for a busy domiciliary care service supporting approximately 40 care packages, overseeing operational delivery whilst working closely with the directors and senior care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading daily domiciliary care operations, including rota management, staffing and on-call arrangements.
  • Reviewing care plans, risk assessments and medication records, ensuring immediate safety concerns are identified and addressed.
  • Driving improvements in response to regulatory requirements and implementing a clear action plan with measurable outcomes.
  • Introducing robust audit processes, governance systems and staff competency frameworks.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of a permanent Registered Manager.
  • Providing leadership, coaching and operational support to the existing team.
  • Using the Birdie care management system to monitor service delivery and compliance.

About You

We're looking for an experienced care professional who can hit the ground running and has:

  • Previous Registered Manager or Interim Manager experience within domiciliary care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
  • A proven track record of service improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing staffing, rotas, recruitment and operational performance.
  • Confidence working autonomously and supporting providers through periods of change.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
