Analyst Role for Basel III Regulatory Remediation Programme
We're supporting a major UK financial institution as it delivers a significant Basel III-driven regulatory remediation programme, and we're looking for an Analyst to join for an initial three-month contract.
This is a strong opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to a live, high-profile remediation programme, working closely with Risk, Operations, Relationship Management and Finance teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Conducting outreach to business banking clients to obtain required regulatory and financial information
- Reviewing client data for completeness, accuracy and consistency
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve data gaps and queries
- Tracking remediation progress and maintaining accurate records of outstanding actions
- Ensuring customer and regulatory data is correctly updated within internal systems
- Producing regular progress updates and MI to support project governance

What we're looking for:
- 1-3+ years' experience within a bank, financial institution, or regulated FS environment
- Experience in Customer Operations, Client Services, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, Finance or Operations
- Confidence engaging directly with clients to obtain information and documentation
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external parties
- Understanding of Basel III and the importance of regulatory data within banking
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams

What's on offer:
- £50,000-£70,000 (pro rata), 3-month contract
- London, hybrid working
