Interim Resourcing Officer, 6 months - Public Sector - Homebased - c£21.44 per hour (Umbrella)

We're looking for an experienced Resourcing Officer to join our client and help to identify, engage and attract high quality talent through proactive sourcing. Using LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Boolean searching, AI and other recruitment tools, you'll build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates and provide market insight to support recruitment campaigns.

What you'll do

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and internal systems.
  • Use Boolean, advanced search and AI techniques to identify suitable talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles.
  • Use Talent Insights to support market mapping and labour market intelligence.
  • Engage passive candidates through tailored LinkedIn InMails and other channels.
  • Identify transferable talent across sectors, including legal, insurance and claims.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and maintain accurate ATS and tracking systems.
  • Work closely with Resourcing Advisors, Managers and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Provide feedback on talent markets, candidate availability and sourcing challenges.

What we're looking for

You'll have:

  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing, ideally using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
  • Experience using an ATS and building candidate pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean searching, search filters and/or AI sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
  • A professional, collaborative approach and an understanding of confidentiality.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and quickly learn new talent markets.
