Interim Revenue Growth Management Analyst
We are working with a PE Backed FMCG company to help them look for an Interim Revenue Growth Management Analyst.
This will be a full time, 6-month contract, with the office in South West London, going in on a hybrid basis.
This role provides core financial, analytical and reporting support to the Revenue Growth Planning (RGP) function. You will lead the development of RGM dashboards, automate key reports, track performance vs revenue objectives, and produce financially robust models including Innovation/NPD P&Ls. This role strengthens commercial discipline and ensures the organisation has a clear, data-driven understanding of pricing, promotions, mix, and trade investment performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the annual price review process including modelling of optimal promotional plans and pricing mechanics
- Support development of pricing guardrails; quantify financial impact of pricing decisions by customer/channel.
- Conduct post-event reviews and prepare pre-event financial projections (uplift models, payback estimates).
- Analyse trade spend efficiency and help optimise investment allocation.
- Develop, automate, and maintain RGM dashboards.
- Build ad hoc analysis tools (Excel/Power BI) to support Sales, Finance and Marketing.
- Provide financial insights on pricing, promotions, trade terms, mix, and customer plans.

Key Requirements:
- Strong financial modelling skills (commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, or revenue management background).
- High proficiency in Excel and Power BI for dashboards, data visualisation and automation.
- Experience building and maintaining reporting structures (reports, dashboards, KPIs).
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to simplify complex financial and commercial topics.
