An opportunity has arisen to join a leading international professional services organisation during a significant period of change and investment within its Finance function. The business is looking to appoint an experienced Revenue Management Specialist to support the continued delivery of revenue operations whilst helping drive improvements in billing, recoverability and working capital performance.

Your new role

Working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, you will play a key role in driving revenue performance and ensuring efficient management of billing and working capital processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing revenue performance through effective billing, WIP management and recoverability processes.
  • Reviewing aged WIP, lock-up and debtor balances to identify opportunities to improve cash conversion.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to drive billing activity and revenue realisation.
  • Supporting matter profitability analysis and revenue reporting.
  • Producing meaningful management information and KPI reporting to support commercial decision-making.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve revenue management processes, controls and reporting capabilities.
  • Supporting business-as-usual activity throughout an ongoing finance programme.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across the business to improve revenue and working capital performance.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience within Revenue Management, Revenue Control or Working Capital functions.
  • Strong understanding of billing, WIP, recoverability and lock-up management.
  • Experience operating within professional services, legal or partnership environments would be advantageous.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability.
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
