Project Scope
- Lead the greenfield SAP S/4HANA rollout for the UK business
- Take ownership of the project from implementation through Go-Live
- Coordinate internal teams, SAP consultants, and business stakeholders
- Drive project planning, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Ensure alignment with the global SAP programme and rollout strategy
- Manage communication between the UK organisation and international project teams
- Identify and resolve project risks and implementation challenges
- Prepare the organisation for a targeted Go-Live by the end of 2026
Your Experience & Talents
- Strong experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects
- Proven background in greenfield SAP projects
- Experience leading projects across business and IT stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project governance
- Experience working in international environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- Fluent English
- German is a plus
- Ideally based in the UK and able to work with the local business on site when required
