Project Scope
Take end-to-end ownership of SAP S/4HANA rollout activities, initially supporting the UK implementation and subsequently transitioning into the Romania rollout.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, SAP implementation teams, and the global programme organisation to ensure successful delivery from the main implementation phase through Go-Live and hypercare.
UK Rollout
- Lead the UK SAP S/4HANA rollout through the main implementation phase towards Go-Live.
- Own project planning, governance, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate internal business teams, SAP consultants, and implementation partners.
- Ensure alignment between the UK organisation and the global SAP programme.
- Manage stakeholder communication and drive timely decision-making.
- Identify and resolve implementation challenges and project risks.
- Support the business in preparing for a successful Go-Live.
Transition to Romania
Following the UK rollout, you will transition into the Romania SAP S/4HANA rollout, taking ownership of the project as it progresses through its implementation phase.
- Drive the Romania rollout towards the planned Go-Live in April 2027.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, reporting, and decision-making structures.
- Coordinate central/global stakeholders, local Romanian business teams, and the SAP implementation team.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure effective collaboration between business and technical/implementation teams.
- Lead the project through implementation, Go-Live preparation, and subsequent hypercare.

Your Experience & Talents
- Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout project management.
- Strong experience managing projects through the main implementation phase, Go-Live, and hypercare.
- Experience with end-to-end project delivery, governance, risk, and dependency management.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, IT, and SAP implementation teams.
- Experience working within international/global SAP programmes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
- Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach with a high level of ownership.
- Comfortable working remotely while maintaining close collaboration with on-site teams.
- Willingness to travel to support the respective rollout locations when required.
- Fluent English is a must-have.
- German is a plus.
- Ideally based in the UK or elsewhere in Europe with flexibility to support the project on site when required.
