Interim School HR Consultant
Duration: Immediately for 3 months
Rate: Day Rate (outside of IR35)
Commitment: 3 days per week
Location: On-site across multiple school locations in the South East of England
About the Opportunity
Panoramic Associates is supporting a highly regarded and growing education organisation seeking an experienced Interim HR Consultant to provide senior HR leadership during a period of temporary capacity gap within the People function.
This is a hands-on interim assignment requiring an experienced HR professional who combines strategic leadership with operational delivery. Working closely with senior leaders, Headteachers, and HR colleagues, you will provide stability, expert guidance, and leadership across a diverse educational setting comprising primary and secondary schools.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior HR leadership and professional advice across the organisation.
- Support, mentor, and develop HR team members.
- Advise senior leaders and school leadership teams on a broad range of employment matters.
- Lead and support complex employee relations cases.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with recognised Trade Unions.
- Support key HR projects and organisational priorities.
- Drive capability and confidence within the HR function.
- Ensure continuity of service and best-practice HR delivery throughout the assignment.
- Act as a trusted adviser to executive leadership.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Significant experience in a senior HR leadership position.
- Previous experience working within the education sector.
- Experience within a Multi Academy Trust.
- Strong employee relations expertise, including complex case management.
- Experience working with Trade Unions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
- Availability to start at short notice.
