We have an exciting opportunity for a Interim Senior Analyst to join our Banking team within Hilton's Glasgow Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the Manager, Banking, you will play a key role in delivering Treasury Accounting and banking processes that support our hotels.
What You'll Do
- Complete daily bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
- Support month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal financial procedures.
- Analyse banking data, identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Partner with hotels, corporate functions and external stakeholders to support banking operations.
- Contribute to projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Accounting, Treasury or Banking.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Progress towards a recognised accounting qualification is advantageous.
