We are seeking experienced Senior Paralegals to support our clients. In particular, we are looking for paralegals with technical skills with practical exposure to legal technology and AI tools used within client delivery.
The Role:
- Reviewing, analysing and summarising contractual documentation as part of corporate transactions and due diligence exercises; OR
- Reviewing, analysing and summarising commercial agreements (NDAs, T&CS, etc.)
- Assisting with capital markets transactions, including debt and equity matters, through document review and project support.
- Applying legal technology platforms and AI tools to support efficient legal service delivery and process improvement.
- Assisting with the implementation and refinement of AI-enabled legal workflows and innovation projects.

You will have:
- A minimum of 1+ years' paralegal experience within a leading law firm or comparable legal environment.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial contract review, corporate review and corporate due diligence and/or transactional legal support.
- Experience supporting debt and/or equity capital markets matters would be highly advantageous.
- Proven capability in reviewing and managing non-disclosure agreements.
- Experience using legal technology tools and AI applications within legal service delivery.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of documentation accurately.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across legal teams.

We are looking for candidates who can work:
- Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote)
- Manchester-based preferred; London-based candidates also considered.
- Competitive salary, dependent on location and level of experience
