September start for an experienced lawyer with experience ideally in the Offshore Wind sector to join a fast-paced engineering services and construction business on an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend.

Those looking for part time, 3-4 days/week are also encouraged to apply.

Reporting to the Deputy GC, you will primarily be responsible for commercial contracts and related legal advisory work in relation to their ongoing projects, procurement, engineering, services, technology and construction agreements.

You will also have the opportunity to take an active role in developing and implementing legal operations and legal tech/AI related initiatives for the team.

To be considered for this position, you will need 6+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained in a similar role within the offshore wind or broader renewables/energy sector. Strong technical knowledge of relevant contracts and documentation is key.
