Starfish Search are working with a local authority in the North of England to recruit an Interim Senior Employee Relations Lead for a minimum of 6 months.
The council is looking for dedicated employee relations support to help drive its pay modernisation programme. The role centres on resolving long standing terms and conditions issues, addressing historic pay arrangements, and guiding the creation and rollout of a new pay and grading structure.

The postholder will lead all collective bargaining and consultation activity linked to the programme, working closely with HR, legal teams, external advisers, trade unions, service managers, and the wider programme group.
