Interim Senior FP&A Consultant
Duration: 3-6 Months
Start Date: Immediate start preferred
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior FP&A Consultant to lead the alignment, automation, and enhancement of management reporting for an International Professional Services Business.
Role
- Develop and enhance financial and operational reporting models in Excel and reporting tools
- Automate data collection, consolidation, and reporting processes wherever possible
- Design and maintain accurate, scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards
- Produce monthly management reporting packs, KPI analysis, and performance insights
- Integrate and reconcile data from multiple sources to create a single source of truth
- Document processes and embed sustainable reporting practices within the finance function
- Support senior stakeholders with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements

The Successful Candidate
- Proven experience in a senior FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting role
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex financial modelling and data analysis
- Strong experience with Power BI and/or other reporting and visualisation tools
- Extensive management reporting experience within complex business environments
- Ability to work with multiple data sources and automate reporting processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable operating independently and delivering results at pace
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
