Job Role
This role is all about handling day-to-day HR tasks and providing expert advice to managers and employees in the property industry. Based in Sheffield, you'll be a key part of ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the team during a 12-month interim period.

Description
- Offer professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a range of topics.
- Support employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinaries and performance management.
- Assist with recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new starters.
- Manage HR policies and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
- Coordinate training and development programmes to support employee growth.
- Handle HR administration, including contracts, benefits and payroll queries.

Profile
A successful Interim Senior HR Advisor should have:
- Strong HR advisory experience, particularly in employee relations and policy management.
- A good understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Experience within the property industry would be beneficial but not essential.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent would be an advantage.

- £42,000 + car allowance of £5,800.
