A higher education institution is seeking an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to join for 6-12 months, with the potential to go permanent. The role supports a client group to be a strategic partner, and lead change. The role is based in London with hybrid working.

Description
An Interim Senior HR Business Partner to:
- Oversee a team of 6 HR professionals, developing capability and performance.
- Be a trusted and credible partner to identify key priorities and develop solutions.
- Provide strategic expertise to the client group around change management, developing people plans, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Oversee all ER issues and support the team in developing their capability to manage high volume complex casework.
- Lead negotiations and consultations with trade unions.
- Use a strategic and holistic mindset to influence and drive change in the landscape of the client group.
- Develop strong stakeholder and trade union relationships.
- Be influential, impactful, and utilize data analysis to inform decisions to drive change.
- Lead change management activity, including restructures, TUPE, and harmonization work later through the contract.

Profile
An Interim Senior HR Business Partner with:
- Previous line management experience.
- Previous experience as a strategic partner with strong ER and change management knowledge.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships.
- Previous experience managing negotiations and disputes with trade unions.
- Previous experience supporting.

Job Offer
- Position: Interim Senior HR Business Partner
- Duration: 6-12 months initially with a potential longer-term permanent role.
- Salary: Up to £73,000 per annum.
- Location: London.
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid.
