6-month interim assignment
International remit including Germany
We are supporting an international business with the appointment of an experienced Interim Senior HR Business Partner for an initial six-month assignment. Based in Central London, this is a hands-on role operating within a fast-paced, changing environment. The successful individual will support senior leaders across the UK while also working closely with two business units in Germany.
The role will focus on:
- Senior HR partnering and leadership advisory
- Supporting organisational change, restructuring and transformation
- Managing complex employee relations and people issues
- Driving workforce and organisational planning
- Supporting HR governance, processes and systems
- Working across UK and German stakeholder groups
- Supporting payroll, HRIS and wider HR operational priorities where required

We are looking for:
- An experienced Senior HRBP with a strong international background
- Experience working within a fast-paced, complex or transforming organisation
- Strong exposure to Germany and ideally experience supporting German business units would be an advantage
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Confidence operating in an interim environment and quickly getting up to speed
- A pragmatic, commercial and hands-on approach

Day rate to be based around the individual - this role sits inside IR35.
