Role Overview

September start for a mid-senior commercial lawyer to join a busy legal team on an initial contract basis with potential to go permanent.

Location: London office, hybrid working.

Reporting To: The General Counsel

You will take on a broad remit of BAU work for the team including:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for public and private sectors clients
  • Advising on public procurement frameworks
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the business on general legal queries
  • Instructing external counsel when required
  • Supporting on the delivery of legal operations related initiatives

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you will be 5+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained as a commercial lawyer in a similar capacity in-house. Strong contract drafting skills are key, as is being able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
