Interim Senior Manager, FP&A, UK Wealth Advice Business

Interim assignment | Initial six months | UK-based, hybrid | Up to £750 per day

An established UK wealth management and financial advice business is transforming how it delivers advice. We are seeking a hands-on Senior FP&A Manager with deep and recent experience within UK wealth management and regulated financial advice businesses.

This is a specialist sector requirement. Candidates must understand the commercial and operational drivers of a UK financial advice business, including adviser productivity, client segmentation, assets under advice, revenue generation, cost-to-serve and the economics of different advice models.

The Challenge:

Our client has a substantial adviser population, an established client base and a clear ambition to move from a broadly uniform advice model to one that is segmented, scalable and commercially sustainable.

You will build a detailed, bottom-up financial view of the existing business and model the economics of its future operating model. This includes understanding the cost and revenue implications of client segmentation, adviser capacity, book migration, remuneration, technology investment and changes to the service proposition.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
