Gravitiq
Gravitiq is a private equity-backed consumer brand group building and scaling health and beauty brands into omnichannel category leaders. Since launching in October 2021, the business has scaled to $150m+/yr in revenue, driven by strong commercial instinct, pace and ambition. Our portfolio spans cosmetics, supplements, medical devices and wellness products across Amazon, retail and DTC globally. Our flagship brand, Grace & Stella, has grown to $100m+/yr revenue in four years. That growth has brought real operational complexity and challenges with it. We are now entering the next phase of growth, focused on building the operational infrastructure required to scale with greater predictability, control and resilience.
Recruitment for Senior Operations Director and Interim Operations Leader
We are currently recruiting for a permanent Senior Operations Director. In parallel, we are looking to appoint an experienced Interim Operations Leader who can start immediately for 4-6 months and drive a number of critical business priorities.
The interim role will focus on delivering key operational improvements, including:
- Implementing and optimising core systems (ERP, IBP/S&OP, ordering and forecasting, and product master data)
- Scaling the supply chain from a single-channel model to a true omnichannel operation with a strong focus on retail readiness
- Embedding our new Product team
This role is essential in ensuring these strategic initiatives are well underway before the permanent Senior Operations Director joins, enabling us to deliver our ambitious growth plans for next year.
Role Description
This is a hands-on, get-it-done engagement rather than a strategy-only advisory role. You will be expected to assess current state quickly, fix what's broken, and put in place processes and systems a permanent successor can pick up cleanly. Part of this engagement is helping to ensure the operational teams across product and supply chain are equipped, resourced, and supported by the right systems and ways of working to deliver some foundational projects already in train, including portfolio strategy, range architecture, a product reformulation programme and a wider brand packaging refresh coupled with new entries into retailers across the US, Canada and the UK.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
