Interim Senior Property Services Leader
Yorkshire / Teesside area | Six Months | Immediate start
I’m looking to speak with experienced interim property services leaders about a new assignment with a housing provider in the Yorkshire/Teesside area.
The role will provide senior support to an established management team, help maintain service delivery through a period of change and undertake a wider review of the property services function.

I’m looking for someone with strong housing-sector experience across repairs, maintenance, or property services. You will need to be hands-on, able to support managers and improve performance, while also reviewing the service’s structure, resources, skills, and systems.
