Interim Settlement Operations Lead - Digital Assets - Fintech Bank
Central London | £800 per day
We’re supporting a Fintech Bank in appointing a senior operations leader with a track record across emerging-market FX, settlement, reconciliation, treasury controls, and payout rails.
This mandate suits someone who combines deep operational expertise with hands-on delivery leadership and experience working across payment service providers, FX desks, and local payout networks.

- 7–10+ years of settlement or treasury operations experience across payments and banking.
- Extensive emerging-market corridor experience, including NGN, KES, UGX, GHS, and ZAR.
- A strong background in reconciliation, exception handling, and resolving complex settlement issues.
- Experience working with payment service providers, FX desks, and payout rails.
- A strong track record maintaining treasury controls within regulated financial services environments.

You must have extensive experience in emerging-market payment providers, global payment networks, or banks with emerging-market FX and settlement exposure. Direct corridor experience is essential, along with strong reconciliation, FX, and treasury operations expertise.
The role is based in central London with a requirement to be in the office 2–3 days a week.
The contract will be for an initial six-month period on a daily rate inside IR35, paying £800 a day.
