About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering a great social media campaign across multiple channels? Can you work with colleagues to prepare, produce and launch suitable content? If so, you could be our next Marketing team member.

As our Interim Social Media Executive, you will be at the heart of the Chamber’s marketing function, shaping how we connect, engage and grow our community through social media. As our Interim postholder, you will progress the delivery of a dynamic, organisation-wide social media strategy that brings our brand to life and ensures our content is relevant, engaging and member-focused.

You’ll take the lead in creating and producing engaging, original content - from compelling posts to real-time event coverage - ensuring everything we share is relevant, creative and audience-focused. Working across our core channels and key networks – Generation Next, Enterprising Women and the East Midlands Manufacturing Network, you’ll make sure our content stands out and truly connects with our audience.

With a clear focus on performance, you will drive measurable impact by increasing engagement, extending reach and enhancing brand and campaign visibility – ultimately supporting the Chamber’s wider commercial and strategic objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
