Indirect Procurement / Sourcing Lead (Interim)
A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement/Sourcing Lead to support its procurement function during a period of ongoing transformation and growth.
This is a hands-on role responsible for leading sourcing activity across a broad range of indirect spend categories, including IT, professional services, consultancy, MRO, consumables, FM and operational services. The successful candidate will develop sourcing strategies, lead supplier negotiations, manage commercial contracts and drive value through cost optimisation, process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Working within a complex, matrix environment, you will partner with business leaders and procurement colleagues to deliver sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, maintain procurement pipelines and support procurement excellence through data-driven insights and reporting.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in strategic sourcing, category management and supplier management, with experience managing high-value contracts and delivering measurable procurement improvements.
