Interim Strategic HR Business Partner
A global charity are looking for an Interim Strategic HR Business Partner to join for a 9-12 month FTC maternity cover. The role is based in London with hybrid working.

Description
A Interim Strategic HR Business Partner to:
- Provide strategic support to stakeholders and your client group
- Support with change management and restructures
- Workforce planning: drive workforce planning and ensure the right skills are in the right roles to deliver strategic objectives
- Do a skills / capability audit of different directorates to identify capability gaps and risks
- Lead consultations
- Lead a reward project to implement performance related pay
- Partner with the senior leadership team to influence and drive people strategies
- Be a trusted advisor to executive colleagues to improve people initiatives
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, people plans, employee engagement, talent management
- Develop and deliver people strategies
- Lead on complex ER casework
- Enhance overall organisation capability
- Drive a high performance culture
- Use data to inform decisions
