Interim Supply Chain Projects Manager (4-Month FTC)

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Projects Manager to join Unilever Prestige UK Hub for four months. The role combines two priorities: keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, and driving delivery of a new warehouse opening. From January, day-to-day operations will hand over to our incoming Operations & Logistics Manager, and the focus of the role will shift further towards project delivery, with the potential to support other upcoming projects.

4-month fixed-term contract from November 2026 to February 2027, based in London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily Order to Cash operations across B2B and DTC channels through peak, ensuring service levels and customer commitments are consistently met.
  • Manage 3PL, transport and carrier partners, resolving order exceptions, logistics disruptions and inventory issues.
  • Monitor key operational KPIs, including OTIF, SLA performance and inventory accuracy, taking prompt action where performance falls below expectations.
  • Support the year-end stock count and reconciliation with the 3PL, working closely with Finance.
  • Work alongside the Supply Chain Director to support a team of five across Customer Excellence, Logistics and Master Data.
  • Act as the operational lead for the new warehouse opening, working closely with the Project Lead to drive delivery against agreed milestones.
  • Own the project plan, action log and weekly governance, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on milestones, risks, actions and key decisions.
  • Lead warehouse readiness planning, including inventory planning, ERP–WMS integration, testing and customer communications.
  • Partner with Commercial, Planning, Finance and brand teams to ensure customer service is protected throughout implementation.
  • Support additional supply chain projects as required, including requirements planning and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ensure all project activity is fully documented and effectively handed over at the end of the contract.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
