Role: Interim Systems Integration Manager
Type: Contract - Outside IR35
Location: Hybrid (London + UK Travel)
The Opportunity
An ambitious, acquisitive professional services group is undertaking a major business systems transformation programme across multiple operating companies.
We are looking for an experienced Interim Systems Integration Manager to lead the implementation, integration and rollout of a new technology stack, ensuring systems, data and processes are aligned across the group.
This is a hands-on transformation role, combining programme leadership, process design, systems integration and stakeholder management. You'll be responsible for creating a scalable operating model that supports future growth and acquisitions.
Key Systems - The programme includes the implementation and integration of:
- Sage Intacct (ERP)
- HubSpot (CRM)
- Employment Hero (HRIS)
- Scoro (Project Management, Resource Planning & Time Recording)
Key Responsibilities
- Systems Design & Architecture
- Map current business processes and data flows across multiple operating companies.
- Design the future-state systems architecture and operating model.
- Define system ownership and master data structures.
- Remove manual processes, duplicate data entry and spreadsheet-driven workarounds.
- Ensure data flows seamlessly across all platforms.

Systems Integration
- Lead the integration of ERP, CRM, HR and project operations systems.
- Define integration requirements and oversee delivery with implementation partners.
- Ensure alignment of customer, employee, project and financial data across platforms.
- Support data migration, testing and user acceptance activities.
- Create scalable integration standards for future acquisitions.

Programme Delivery
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones and delivery roadmaps.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, software vendors and third-party partners.
- Manage risks, dependencies and delivery timelines.
- Drive accountability across multiple workstreams and business units.
- Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Business Transformation
- Facilitate process mapping and discovery workshops.
- Challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Standardise processes across multiple businesses.
- Support change management, adoption and user engagement.
- Build a repeatable implementation playbook for future growth initiatives.

Reporting & Data Visibility
- Ensure systems support real-time business reporting and operational visibility.
- Enable reporting across project profitability, utilisation, WIP, resource planning and financial performance.
- Work closely with business leaders to ensure reporting requirements are embedded within the solution design.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience delivering complex systems integration or transformation programmes.
- Strong background in ERP, CRM, HRIS or professional services systems implementation.
- Experience working within multi-site or multi-entity organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership teams.
- Strong process mapping and business analysis capability.
- Experience managing software vendors and implementation partners.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Sage Intacct implementation experience.
- HubSpot implementation experience.
- Employment Hero knowledge.
- Experience with Scoro or similar PSA/project accounting platforms.
- Exposure to M&A integration programmes.
- Experience within private equity-backed organisations.
- Background working within professional services, consulting, engineering or project-based businesses.
Contract Details
- Initial 4-month contract
- Outside IR35
- Hybrid working model
- London-based meetings when required
- Travel to UK operating businesses as needed
- Immediate start preferred
