About the Role
We're supporting a growing organisation looking for an experienced Interim Talent Acquisition Director to join on an initial 3-6 month contract.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can quickly build credibility with stakeholders, manage complex hiring programmes and deliver against ambitious talent objectives across multiple international markets.
You'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment activity across a range of technology and business-critical functions, partnering closely with senior leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies that support growth and transformation initiatives.
This is a superb opportunity to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, where you will work with significant autonomy, able to deliver results working remotely. You'll play a key role in attracting, engaging and securing high-calibre talent across Europe and wider international markets.

- Leading end-to-end recruitment across Technology, Digital and Transformation functions.
- Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to shape talent strategies and workforce planning.
- Building and managing international talent pipelines, particularly across European markets.
- Delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Driving direct sourcing activity and reduce reliance on agencies.
- Providing market intelligence, talent mapping and hiring insights to support decision-making.
- Managing multiple concurrent hiring programmes within a complex stakeholder environment.
- Ensuring recruitment processes support Agile delivery teams and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
We're looking for an experienced, highly communicative, senior talent acquisition professional who can operate strategically whilst remaining hands-on in delivery.

- Significant experience recruiting within Technology, Digital, Product and Transformation environments.
- A proven track record of delivering international recruitment campaigns, particularly across Europe.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience supporting Agile delivery, Product, Engineering and Transformation teams.
- Expertise in direct sourcing and building talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
In addition, you will have experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions as well as strong knowledge of modern recruitment tools, ATS platforms and talent attraction strategies.
Additional Details
- This is for a period of 3-6 months.
- Pay rate is up to £700 per day
- This is a Yorkshire based business, but offers fully remote working
