Interim Talent Acquisition Manager – Senior & Niche Sourcing
Contract: 4 Months
Rate: £18.24 per hour (Approx. £37,939 per annum equivalent)
Location: London (Hybrid)
About the Role
We are partnering with a highly prestigious, globally recognized organization to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for an initial 4-month contract. You will take ownership of identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for complex, niche, and senior-level vacancies.
If you are a proactive recruiter who thrives on the challenge of uncovering hard-to-find candidates and executing high-level headhunting campaigns, this interim project is for you.

- Targeted Headhunting: Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior leadership and highly specialized vacancies.
- Passive Sourcing: Utilize advanced passive sourcing techniques, acting as a true headhunter. You will heavily leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other networks to build robust talent pipelines.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior stakeholders, diagnosing complex hiring needs and delivering tailored, strategic recruitment plans.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate journey from the initial passive outreach through to final negotiation and offer management.

What We Are Looking For
- Extensive TA Background: A proven track record operating as a Talent Acquisition Manager, specifically managing senior and niche recruitment portfolios.
- Sourcing Expertise: Exceptional skills in passive candidate sourcing and headhunting. You must be a power-user of LinkedIn with a demonstrable history of engaging passive talent.
- Influential Communicator: Confident in advising, pushing back, and influencing hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Agility: The ability to hit the ground running, quickly grasp complex organizational structures, and deliver results within a 4-month contract window.
