Interim Talent Acquisition Partner
5/6 month contract
Based in Weybridge, 3 days onsite per week, 2 from home
Up to £400 per day

Your new company
I'm recruiting for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a household name, that are currently going through a significant change period. This role will support recruitment across the European headquarters and offices in 20 additional countries, recruiting specialist talent across commercial and corporate functions.
Your new role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from briefing and sourcing through to interview, selection and offer.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across Europe to understand requirements and prioritise vacancies.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent pools for specialist roles.
- Directly source candidates using LinkedIn, Workday and other recruitment channels.
- Deliver a professional and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment activity, highlighting risks or bottlenecks and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Support improvements to recruitment processes and the overall hiring manager experience.

What you'll need to succeed
- You'll be an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in end-to-end, direct recruitment, ideally gained within a multinational and matrixed environment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple European countries is essential for this role.
- Alongside strong stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a changing, fast-paced environment. I am also ideally looking for experience working in a scale-up environment.
- Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter is desirable, but not essential.
