Location: London
Duration: c.6 months
Fractional basis: 2-3 days per week
We are supporting a growing and acquisitive UK business seeking an experienced Tax & Treasury professional to join on a fractional basis (2-3 days per week). This is a broad and commercially focused role, offering the opportunity to support both treasury operations and tax matters while helping the business navigate continued growth and acquisition activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the group's existing 13-week cash flow forecasting process, improving accuracy, reporting and visibility.
- Support day-to-day treasury activities, including cash management and liquidity planning.
- Work closely with stakeholders to support the integration of acquisitions into the wider group structure.
- Provide guidance and support on a range of UK corporate tax matters.
- Review and oversee IR35 assessments for contractors, ensuring compliance with current legislation.
- Advise on the utilisation and optimisation of tax losses across the business.
- Partner with finance and leadership teams to provide pragmatic advice on treasury and tax-related matters.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified finance, tax or treasury professional (ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in cash flow forecasting, treasury and UK tax matters.
- Good understanding of IR35 and corporate tax compliance.
- Experience supporting acquisitions or business integration projects is beneficial.
- Commercial, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently in a part-time role.
- Available to commit 2-3 days per week.
