We are currently working on an exciting interim opportunity with a leading global financial institution seeking an experienced banking lawyer to support its international Trade & Working Capital Solutions business.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of complex cross-border financing transactions, working closely with front-office stakeholders, risk, compliance, tax and regulatory colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

- Trade finance and working capital solutions
- Supply chain finance
- Receivables and distribution finance
- Import/export finance
- Bilateral and syndicated lending transactions
- Commodities finance
- Trade-related securitisation structures
- Transaction structuring and legal risk management
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on finance documentation
- Supporting strategic and digitalisation initiatives

Ideal Background
- England & Wales qualified solicitor
- At least 6+ years' PQE
- Strong experience in banking and finance, trade finance or structured lending
- Experience advising on secured and unsecured lending transactions
- Familiarity with security packages and perfection requirements
- In-house banking experience or strong private practice exposure within a leading finance practice
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
