Role Description
The Interim Transaction Manager is a full/part time on-site role based in all of the UK Area, United Kingdom, supporting automotive dealerships with transaction and finance management activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing vehicle finance and lease transactions, managing deal structures, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and lender requirements. The role involves performing financial and transaction due diligence, reviewing lease agreements, and monitoring profitability and risk across deals. The Interim Transaction Manager will collaborate closely with sales and management teams to optimize deal terms, streamline processes, and support overall sales performance. This position also includes preparing regular financial and performance reports, identifying opportunities to improve transaction efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in finance and financial analysis related to automotive transactions, deal structures, and profitability.
- Experience in due diligence for vehicle finance and lease deals, including risk assessment and compliance checks.
- Knowledge of lease administration, contract review, and accurate documentation of lease and finance agreements.
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment, ideally in transaction, business, or finance management.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, and integrate quickly into existing teams and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on clear, transparent interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with relevant UK financial regulations and lender requirements in the automotive retail sector.
- Relevant vocational training or academic qualifications in finance, business, or a related field are advantageous.
