About Us

Cero Generation is a leading IPP, specialised in developing, constructing and operating solar energy and battery storage projects, accelerating the delivery of a net-zero future across Europe.

Powered by an experienced team that brings world-class industry, commercial, engineering and environmental expertise to its projects, Cero is active through every stage of the lifecycle, from planning and construction to operation. It works closely with local development partners, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects that positively benefit the environment and community.

Cero Generation is a Macquarie Asset Management portfolio company, operating on a stand-alone basis.

About the Role

Cero’s Treasury Analyst will have a broad range of responsibilities in a dynamic role that covers a variety of traditional front and back office Treasury tasks. You will play a crucial role in optimising our cash flow, improving efficiency within our Treasury operations and ensuring compliance with Treasury policy. Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, you’ll also collaborate with wider Finance and the Cero business. The successful candidate will be a key pillar in helping us to build a Treasury function for the future in a growing business.

Main Accountabilities

  • Cash Management: You will be responsible for Cero’s cash, maintaining cash forecasts, monitoring Group liquidity and executing appropriate transfers, FX transactions and money market deposits.
  • Payments: Cero Treasury manages payments for the entire Group. You’ll play a part in this by processing payroll and approving supplier payments.
  • Bank Administration: Cero manages many bank accounts and relationships; you’ll be a key contact for all bank account management, keeping our mandates, KYC and AML requirements up to date.
  • Intercompany Funding: You’ll propose funding drawdowns and oversee the Group’s intercompany funding arrangements, including monthly tracking and reconciliation of the Group’s intercompany loans.
  • Systems Expert: You will become an expert on our Treasury Management System and e-banking systems, administering user changes and supporting system enhancements.
  • Reporting: You’ll be instrumental in preparing cash and debt reporting, completing month-end Treasury activities and ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to key stakeholders.
  • Projects/Risk Management: You will support the team with the periodic valuation of interest rate swaps and contribute to ad hoc projects as they arise.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
