Interim Treasury Integration Lead - Digital Assets - Fintech Bank

Central London | £800 per day

We’re supporting a Fintech Bank in appointing a treasury and FX integration specialist with a track record of managing conversion flows, liquidity windows and regulatory reporting across emerging markets.

This mandate suits someone who combines deep treasury expertise with hands-on integration experience, connecting FX desks, liquidity providers and treasury hubs.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7–10+ years of treasury or FX integration experience across banking and regulated fintechs.
  • Experience integrating FX desks, liquidity providers and treasury platforms.
  • A strong understanding of emerging-market FX, conversion flows and liquidity management.
  • Experience managing liquidity windows across cross-border payment corridors.
  • Regulatory reporting experience involving authorities such as the FSRA, CBN or CBK.

You must have extensive experience in treasury or FX integration at banks, regulated fintechs, FX platforms or global payment networks. Direct integration experience is essential, alongside emerging-market corridor knowledge and regulatory reporting expertise.

The role is based in central London with a requirement to be in the office 2–3 days a week.

The contract will be for an initial six-month period on a daily rate inside IR35, paying £800 a day.
