A global technology business is seeking an Interim Treasury Operations Manager to support its international treasury operations during a period of continued growth and transformation.
Reporting to the Head of Treasury, the role will take ownership of day-to-day treasury activities, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, treasury controls, reporting, and process improvement across a multi-entity international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity reporting
- Prepare short and medium-term cash flow forecasts
- Monitor global cash balances across bank accounts and digital wallets
- Execute intercompany funding and treasury transactions
- Support working capital and liquidity optimisation initiatives
- Oversee treasury payments, settlements, and reconciliations
- Maintain treasury policies, controls, and operational procedures
- Support treasury system enhancement projects
- Manage banking relationships, account administration, and KYC processes
- Produce regular treasury reporting and support period-end activities
- Assist with funding, debt management, and treasury-related projects
- Partner with Finance and operational teams on treasury initiatives

Candidate Profile
- Treasury professional with experience across cash management, forecasting, and treasury operations
- ACT qualified or studying towards ACT preferred; ACA, ACCA, or CFA also considered
- Experience within an international or multi-entity business
- Able to deliver quickly in a hands-on interim capacity
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
