As an Interim Treasury Ops Manager in the FMCG Industry

You'll oversee daily treasury operations, ensuring smooth cash management and compliance with financial policies. This temporary role is key to maintaining the company's financial stability during a transitional period.

A company operating in the FMCG industry, focused on delivering essential services in accounting and finance through Technology.

Description

  • Manage daily cash flow and liquidity to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Oversee bank account management, including reconciliations and account maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyse treasury reports for senior management.
  • Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate risks, implementing strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external banking partners.
  • Support month-end and year-end treasury activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within treasury operations.

Profile

  • Strong experience in treasury operations within the FMCG industry.
  • Experience using TMS.
  • Knowledge of cash management, banking systems, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
  • Understanding of foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
