Interim US Corporate Lawyer (NY Qualified) | London | 6-Month Contract
We are seeking an experienced New York-qualified corporate lawyer to join a leading London law firm on an initial 6-month contract.
The successful candidate will have strong experience advising on cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures, ideally gained at a top-tier international law firm.

Key Requirements:
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Significant experience in corporate transactions, particularly M&A and joint ventures
- Strong cross-border transaction experience
- Previous experience at a leading international or US law firm preferred
- Ability to start in the near term and commit to a 6-month engagement
- London-based or able to work in London for the duration of the assignment
