🚨 Interim Warehouse Manager – Food Manufacturing – Immediate Start
We're urgently seeking an experienced Interim Warehouse Manager to join a food manufacturing business going through a critical period of change.
The situation:
- The business has recently gone live with SAP and is finding the transition tough — new processes are more complex than before, and the warehouse team needs strong hands-on leadership to bed them in quickly.
- At the same time, the business is about to see a significant increase in volume following new contract wins, so timing is everything.

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience implementing or embedding SAP within a growing manufacturing business — ideally one that started from fairly basic processes.
- A track record of managing rapid operational scale-up, ideally following new business wins.
- Someone who can hit the ground running and get a warehouse team confident and productive on a new system, fast.
- Strong food manufacturing / FMCG warehouse experience preferred.
