Interior Architect, Project Architects or Senior Technician
High-End Boutique Retail – Stages 3 & 4 Fitout - Vectorworks
White Space Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a niche client who specialise in high-end retail design and is urgently seeking an experienced Interior Architect, Project Architect or Senior Technician with strong Vectorworks 2D skills for an initial contract to May 2027 with potential extension or conversion to permanent if available.
The successful Interior Architect, Project Architect or Senior Technician will be working on exclusive high-end retail projects in Mayfair and New York, working on RIBA stage 3 & 4 interior fitout, translating design intent into 2D technical working drawings, details, and schedules in Vectorworks. These are paired-back strip-out designs involving bold FF&E and therefore requiring someone with an architectural eye when it comes to detailing junctions, doorways, wall/floor finishes, level changes, and shadow gaps etc.

Requirements:
- Interior Architects, Project Architects or Senior Technicians applying must have proven technical drawing skills in Vectorworks 2D, and ideally have some high-end project experience, although good experience from any market sector such as residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use, hospitality will also be considered given the urgency of this position.

Availability:
- This client can only consider applicants who are immediately available or who can start within 1 week following an in-person interview.
Work Arrangement:
- They are offering in-office or hybrid working from their studio in WC London as a Fixed Term Contract PAYE employee, or hourly rate contract (any model), working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
