12-Month FTC | High-End Residential Interiors | London
We're partnering with a highly regarded luxury residential interior design studio in the search for an experienced Interior Architect to join its friendly and collaborative team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.
The studio delivers beautifully considered, high-quality residential interiors, and this is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Interior Architect to become involved across the full design and delivery process.
The Opportunity
You'll work across concept, tender, and construction stages, developing and coordinating technical information while helping to ensure the design vision is successfully translated into finished interiors.
The role would suit someone with strong high-end residential experience, excellent technical understanding, and a confident approach to working within a close-knit design team.

You'll be expected to take ownership of your work, contribute to project discussions, and collaborate effectively with designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical design information across concept, tender, and construction stages
- Produce and coordinate detailed drawing packages
- Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Work closely with the Interior Design team to maintain design intent
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Assist with resolving technical and construction queries
- Contribute to project meetings and design reviews
- Support the successful delivery of high-end residential projects

About You
- Proven experience within high-end residential interior design
- Strong Interior Architecture and technical design experience
- Experience working across concept, tender, and construction
- Excellent knowledge of Vectorworks is essential
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and technical coordination
- Organised, proactive, and highly attentive to detail
- Confident communicator and collaborative team player
