Exciting Opportunities at Marsh & Co. | Redbrick Design Studio
Following our recent relocation to Redbrick, we are expanding our studio presence and looking for ambitious Interior Design Graduates or Placement Students to join our team.
Our new space on the 3rd floor operates as an architectural specification hub and luxury consultation studio. This role provides invaluable, hands-on commercial experience in high-end residential interiors, bespoke British manufacturing, and premium material specification.
The Role:
- Assisting clients and browsers within our Redbrick studio hub.
- Presenting luxury fabric libraries, architectural finishes, and bespoke joinery samples.
- Handling consultation bookings and liaising directly with our senior design team.
- Hours: Part-time, with a core focus on weekend coverage (Saturday & Sunday) plus flexible mid-week hours to suit the studio schedule or study commitments.

What We’re Looking For:
- Current Interior Design / Interior Architecture students seeking a structured placement, or recent graduates looking to step into high-end practice.
- A natural eye for luxury aesthetics, detail, and showroom presentation.
- Confident, professional communication skills when speaking with discerning private clients and trade professionals.
- A proactive, reliable approach to representing our brand.
